POLECAT HAS A SUPERPOWER is the third collaboration of writer Jill Esbaum and illustrator Bob Shea. The two have a wonderful way of wrapping nonfiction facts in a story that comes alive. The hero of this story is a striped-spotted skunk relative who has a friendly relationship with Porcupine who blurts out polecat’s secret (the one we think we know) before Polecat is allowed to reveal it.
