Katherine Applegate and Gennifer Choldenko had a blast collaborating on DOGTOWN a book that new novel readers will have a blast reading. Large print, short chapters, an engaging point of view and Wallace West’s charming illustrations make a winning story where odd friendships make for an uplifting story about displaced dogs finding their forever homes.
