Writer-illustrator Tate Godwin’s OPERATION: COVER UP is a graphic novel that hits just right for 7-11’s on so many levels. The characters are relatable. First they’re both new in town—and their lives run parallel on so many levels, it’s a perfect set up. Nic is a brainiac who doesn’t want to appear so. Sy is a class clown who wants to seem smart. Changing identities seems like a good idea…at first. But the course of identity switches isn’t without it’s problems.
